Mizuta Shoten is a ramen shop that has relocated to Tobu-cho, Iyo-gun, Ehime Prefecture.
 It used to be located in Fukunji-cho, Matsuyama City, but now it is situated in Aso.
 The shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00, with Mondays being the regular closing day (business hours and closing days may vary, so it is advisable to confirm).
 The shop is about 3,675m away from Kitaiyo Station by car.
 It appears that there are no seats available.
Mizuta Shoten is renowned as a distinguished ramen shop, with its thin noodles, especially the tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, being popular among customers.
 Each bowl of ramen comes with an impressive topping of chashu (sliced pork), which is easy to eat and delicious.
 The thin noodles are satisfying without being too heavy.
 If you visit around 10:30 in the morning, you may be able to avoid the queue, but by 11 o'clock there is often a line forming.
The most popular ramen menu item is "Ramen Kuro" (Black Ramen), known for its burnt garlic oil and rich tonkotsu soup.
 The extremely thin noodles and smoky chashu are also exquisite.
 Additionally, even during regular times, they offer an extra serving of noodles for free.
 There is also rice on the menu, which can be enjoyed for 450 yen.
Since relocating, Mizuta Shoten has a spacious parking lot, making it easier to access.
 The parking lot is large enough to accommodate even large trucks.
 When I visited around 1:15 PM on a Thursday, there was a wait of about 3-4 groups, but the wait time was not too bothersome.
 The black chashu ramen is popular, with a mild tonkotsu soup, but it was disappointing that the soup cooled down from the chashu.
 Next time, I plan to try the even lighter white ramen.
