    Suehiro Shuzo is a historic sake brewery located in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, with a founding history that dates back to the 3rd year of the Kaei era (1850).
     It is conveniently situated 513 meters from Nanokamachi Station.
     The brewery operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but it’s advisable to check for any changes to opening hours and holiday schedules before visiting.
    At this brewery, visitors can participate in guided tours of the sake-making process that do not require reservations, starting every 30 minutes.
     During the tour, detailed explanations about the history and production of sake are provided, followed by a tasting session where guests can enjoy a variety of sake brands.
     Notably, the “Suehiro Junmai Ginjo” features a smooth texture with a refreshing aroma and mild acidity.
     Additionally, a selection of Daiginjo sake is available, each with its unique flavor profile.
