 The business hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) and from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays and public holidays, with irregular closing days, so it is recommended to check before visiting.
This brewery is particularly popular for its sake series named "Nanae-iro.
" Among them, "Nanae-iro Tokubetsu Junmai Namazume Genshu" and "Nanae-iro Junmai Daiginjo Genshu" have received high praise.
 "Nanae-iro Tokubetsu Junmai Namazume Genshu" features a well-balanced acidity and sweetness, offering a refreshing umami that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
