 As the main branch was fully booked, I was seated at the Bettei but still received great service and enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes.
 I had the opportunity to try different cuts of grilled fugu and it was a fun and enjoyable experience.
What surprised me was that this restaurant takes a unique approach to fugu cuisine, different from the typical perception of it being "bland".
 The dishes were rich and flavorful, and exceeded my expectations.
Recently, they have also opened a standing counter bar, further expanding their offerings.
 The fugu course on the 2nd floor is especially recommended.
 The 3-year-old, farm-raised fugu weighing over 3 kilograms is a specialty that is not easily found in Tokyo.
 While opinions may differ on the practice of farming fugu, I encourage you to try it at least once.
 Additionally, the quality of the fins for making "hire-zake" (fin sake) is outstanding, even after several rounds of pouring, the fragrance continues to emerge.
In this way, Fugu Club miyawaki Bettei is an amazing establishment that continues to evolve.
 The restaurant's interior, which is renovated from an old private house, provides a charming atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious food and have a great time.
 I highly recommend visiting this place.
